Everything ordered here is wrapped and sent out by the boutique warehouse we curate with, Australia-wide. Here’s what to expect.

Delivery within Australia

Orders are typically dispatched within one business day. Expect 2–5 business days for metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, and 3–7 business days for regional Australia. Tracking is provided on every order.

Regional and remote areas

Remote deliveries via air (NT, north WA, far north QLD) may need road freight for battery-included devices — allow up to 10 business days. Nicotine laws also differ by state; the dispatch team will confirm at checkout what can ship to your postcode.

Signature and age verification

Every nicotine order ships with adult signature on delivery (SOD). The courier will check ID — nobody under 18 can sign for or receive these parcels.

Returns

Unopened, faulty-on-arrival devices can be returned under the warehouse’s returns policy and Australian Consumer Law. Because these are inhalation products, opened devices can’t be resold — the support contacts in your order confirmation email will sort you out within 48 hours of delivery if something’s wrong.
