Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

The short version

Velvet Vapour is an independent flavour edit with on-site checkout. The warehouse behind our little shop handles the money and the postage — your purchase contract is with them. Sweetness scores and picks are ours alone; nobody pays to appear in the edit.

Age restriction

This site is for adults 18 and over only. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Products profiled here are intended for existing adult smokers and vapers in Australia.

Health notice

Vaping products are not risk-free and are not approved as cessation therapy. If you don’t smoke or vape, don’t start. For support quitting, talk to your GP or call Quitline 13 7848 (Australia).

Accuracy of profiles

Sweetness, ice and tart scores are our editorial assessments for guidance only. Flavour batches vary; always check the device packaging and the product page before ordering.

No liability

Picking, packing and posting is done by our partner warehouse. Returns, refunds and disputes follow their policy and Australian Consumer Law, settled directly between you and them.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the edit grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
